What you'll be doing:Design and oversee electrical building systems for commercial, institutional, and sustainable projects
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver innovative and energy-efficient designs
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, supporting their growth and development
Contribute to the design of net-zero and high-performance buildings, integrating sustainable practices
Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and system calculations
Ensure all designs meet project specifications, client expectations, and industry standards
What we're looking for:8+ years of experience in the design and consulting of electrical building systems
Experience with or a strong interest in sustainable, net-zero design practices
PE Licensure preferred, or EIT with a clear path toward obtaining PE certification
Technically focused with a passion for delivering high-performance building solutions
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
