I'm partnering with a well-established engineering consulting firm that is looking to add a Senior Traffic Engineer / Project Manager to its growing transportation team.

• Lead and manage traffic engineering projects from planning through delivery
• Perform and oversee traffic impact studies, traffic operations analyses, and capacity studies
• Work on traffic signal design, signal timing, signing, striping, lighting, and traffic control plans
• Collaborate with transportation engineers, planners, and technical staff on a variety of projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Mentor junior engineers and support team development

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience with traffic impact studies, traffic operations, and transportation analysis
• Proficiency with traffic analysis software such as Synchro, HCS, VISSIM, ArcGIS, and similar tools
• Experience managing projects and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams
