- Lead project teams to achieve departmental and organizational goals, including financial performance
- Manage BAS projects from conceptualization through completion
- Identify and elevate project issues in a timely manner
- Estimate and support the sale of BAS construction projects and change orders
- Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, equipment, and labor
- Coordinate materials, manpower, and schedules for assigned projects
- Collaborate with internal teams and divisions to ensure project alignment and efficiency
- Participate in sales meetings and assist with client engagement as needed
- Facilitate and attend project meetings throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain active involvement in relevant professional and industry organizations
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Building Automation Systems (BAS)
- Experience with control systems such as Automated Logic, Siemens Desigo, Distech Controls, or Tridium/Niagara
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships simultaneously
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Hands-on experience with HVAC systems, electrical systems, building automation/controls, boilers, air conditioning, and/or chillers
- 3-5 years of experience in energy management, building commissioning, and/or system diagnostics and troubleshooting
