Role Summary
As a Lead Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, maintaining profitability, and ensuring utmost customer satisfaction through efficient management of project-related activities and resources.

• Project Delivery Excellence:
  Lead the timely delivery of services, upgrades, and new-built projects, ensuring adherence to predefined scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
• Scope Definition and Stakeholder Engagement:
  Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project scope and objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
• Robust Project Planning:
  Develop comprehensive project plans to effectively track progress, anticipate potential challenges, and facilitate proactive decision-making.
• Change Management:
  Employ appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, while mitigating associated risks.
