Our client is a multi-faceted company providing full-service engineering services from start-up to completion phases, including conceptual front-end engineering, detailed engineering, procurement, construction management, and commissioning and start-up phases on small to mid-size projects.

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior 3D Piping Designer to support industrial projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in 3D plant modeling, piping layout, interdisciplinary coordination, and construction support.

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D piping models using industry-standard software.
• Create piping layouts, equipment arrangements, isometrics, and construction deliverables.
• Perform clash detection and coordinate with mechanical, process, civil/structural, electrical, and controls teams.
• Support model reviews, constructability reviews, and field installation activities.
• Generate material take-offs and assist with project execution through detailed design and construction.
• Mentor junior designers and support design quality initiatives.
• Qualifications

• 10+ years of industrial piping design experience
• Experience with brownfield and greenfield projects preferred
• Familiarity with laser scanning, point clouds, and 3D modelling preferred
• Advanced proficiency with CADWorx, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
• Experience in oil & gas, chemical, petrochemical, power, manufacturing, or related industrial facilities
• Strong understanding of piping standards, plant layout, supports, fabrication, and construction practices
• Ability to work independently and lead piping design efforts on complex projects

• High School Degree or Higher

• $/hr. Compensation will be offered within this posted range based on experience, skills, and market factors
