Salary – $90,000-$125,000
About the RoleA leading construction and energy infrastructure organisation is seeking a number of Commissioning Engineers to join it’s electrical group. You will providing electrical technical support throughout the entire construction project.

Responsibilities- Review owner project requirements
- Assist in performing scope reviews
- Assist in creating commissioning plans, checklists, and tests
- Perform field visits and observe commissioning inspections and tests where prescribed means and methods are provided
- Assist in writing issue descriptions and field reports
- Assist in creating Systems Manuals
- Build effective working relationships with people of diverse backgrounds and organisational levels
- Support planning and execution of system tests, including NETA, SCADA, controls, and operations verification of energy storage systems
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, and/or Electrical Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent field experience
- Minimum one year of construction management or commissioning experience, preferably with an MEP contractor or commissioning firm
- Detail orientation sufficient to organise and manage multiple project tasks
- Basic understanding of key construction documents and their relationship to project management, field execution, and QA/QC
- Basic understanding of how design, construction, start-up, and turnover align within the project delivery process
- Fundamental knowledge of commissioning processes and commissioning process delivery
