- Utilize Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) for instrument index management, loop development, and deliverable control
- Provide engineering support during commissioning and startup (documentation, punch‑list resolution, technical clarification)
- Participate in design reviews, HAZOPs, and technical evaluations related to instrumentation and control systems
- Lead or support engineering deliverables for upgrades, retrofits, and reliability improvements across the power island
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of I&C engineering experience in power generation, combined‑cycle, or industrial energy environments
- Demonstrated experience with:

- Experience supporting project engineering, design reviews, and technical documentation workflows
Preferred Qualifications- Experience working with EPC contractors or OEMs on major power‑island scopes
- Familiarity with DCS integration (high‑level understanding only; no PLC programming required)
- Field engineering or commissioning support experience
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or progress toward licensure
- Strong communication and technical writing abilities
