Provide essential technical support, creating comprehensive designs, and ensuring compliance with project requirements while working in collaboration with engineers, architects, and other professionals. The Designer is expected to employ computer-aided design (CAD) software to design and modify project plans and use their experience to solve problems, pay attention to detail, and apply their in-depth understanding of civil engineering principles and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Provides computer aided design (CAD) drafting, prepares drawings and schematics derived from a variety of specifications, layouts, vendor data, and sketches.
• Coordinates and consults with engineers or other designers to complete projects, ensuring adherence to established specifications and standards.
• Support the engineering, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of facilities.
• Work is closely managed.
• Prepares, reviews, and approves foundation, structural steel, building, and earthwork BOMs and designs.

• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Ability to ask for additional direction and assistance when needed.

• Bachelor’s or associate’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Entry level to two (0-2) years of experience.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
