WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Typically 7 or more years of relevant professional experience, with demonstrated technical depth in high-voltage testing, electrical asset diagnostics, and Partial Discharge measurement and analysis.

Substantial hands-on experience with PD measurements and diagnostics, including the ability to independently plan tests, interpret findings, and explain recommendations.

Demonstrated experience supporting high-voltage apparatus such as transformers, switch gear, rotating machines, or cables.

Strong working knowledge of high-voltage testing and diagnostic methods. Experience with Power Factor (PF), Sweep Frequency Response Analysis (SFRA), Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA), and Dielectric Frequency Response Analysis (DFR) is an asset.

Proven ability to lead customer-facing technical projects, resolve complex application issues, and manage competing priorities in the field.
