You will develop, manage, and review construction cost estimates from early planning through procurement and construction, collaborating with engineers, PMs, and clients to identify costs, evaluate alternatives, assess risks, and support funding strategies.
You will develop takeoffs, price analyses, and escalation forecasts while preparing Basis of Estimate reports.
