* About the role:

** As a Senior Test Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and overall quality of our products. You are expected to have a strong electrical background but also possess a mechanical mindset. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing hands on comprehensive testing plans and procedures to verify and validate the performance of our product.

As a member of our team you will perform hands on product testing for both mechanical and electrical system tests, on electric and internal combustion fork trucks.

* What you will do:

*** Conduct performance, functional, and durability testing for forklifts under various load and environmental conditions.
* Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for forklift systems and components.
* Analyze test results, identify issues, and work with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and improve the product.
* Develop and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test reports, and test procedures.
* Create and develop automated test fixtures and custom test setups.

** Standard Business Hours May Include 5-10% Travel## Qualifications
** What you need to have:
*** Bachelors degree in Engineering (mechanical or electrical engineering preferred)
* Strong understanding of testing methodologies, including test planning, execution, and reporting.
* Familiarity using sensors such as Thermocouples, pressure transducers, encoders, shunts, strain gauges, etc.
* Experienced using data logging equipment (Dewe Soft, HBM, Graph techs, etc.)
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Familiarity with data analysis and statistical methods.
* Proficiency in using MS Office product suite. (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Projects)
* Comfortable using hand and power tools on a daily basis.
** What would be nice to have:
*** Strong technical and problem-solving skills: ability to troubleshoot and solve mechanical and electrical systems.
* Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations (ANSI, ISO, UL)
* Prior Automotive/fork-truck experience desired.
* Test Automation - Fixture design and programming (C++, PLC, circuit development)
