Project manager for mobile puzzle games

Word Brain Puzzle, consistently ranks in the top word puzzle games in the US: #1 in the Cryptogram niche by downloads #3 in Word Games. We’re looking for an experienced Live Ops Producer to join the Picture Blast Solitaire team . The role covers building the Live Ops direction from the ground up and owning it end to end, from strategy and the event calendar to testing and results, in close collaboration with the product team.

• Build the Live Ops direction for the project: define strategy and hypotheses, run tests, and evaluate results
• Plan and launch holiday, seasonal, and recurring events; manage the Live Ops calendar
• Develop new formats, including game modes that differ from the core gameplay and competitive mechanics
• Analyze metrics; launch and interpret A/B tests
• Prepare documentation, set tasks for development, art, and QA teams, and review and accept deliverables
• Define technical requirements for event infrastructure
• Align the Live Ops roadmap with core gameplay development together with the Product Producer
• Research competitors and the market and propose improvements

• Experience leading Live Ops in mobile games as a Live Ops Producer, Senior Game Designer, Product Owner, or in a related role
• 3+ years of experience in casual puzzle games
• Experience working with product metrics and A/B testing
• Understanding of F2P principles: progression, economy, reward systems, and monetization
• Proactive mindset: ability to independently identify growth opportunities and propose solutions
• Ability to lead a direction independently: plan, prioritize, and negotiate resources with the team
• Systematic and structured approach to work and documentation
• Understanding of Live Ops and mobile market trends; ability to analyze competitors
• Active use of AI tools to speed up work processes
• Experience with ad-monetized projects
• Experience on large-scale projects with high traffic
