Responsibilities- Work closely with companies across various industries to guide under‑performing businesses through restructuring processes, delivering lasting value.
- Advise on every aspect of the restructuring journey—strategy, cash conservation/liquidity management, business‑plan development, and implementation.
- Build and manage detailed financial models, including 13‑week cash‑flow forecasts, strategic liquidation analysis, and long‑term business plans to track and improve performance.
- Implement cash‑conservation strategies and controls, develop pre‑bankruptcy plans, assist in bankruptcy case administration, and support creditor and stakeholder communications.
- Prepare and present analytical findings to clients, senior management, legal counsel, and investment bankers; articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
- Lead project work streams, mentor junior associates, and drive collaborative teamwork under tight deadlines.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in corporate restructuring, investment or commercial banking, consulting, or corporate finance with a financial or accounting focus; at least 4 years of direct restructuring experience.
- B.A./B.S. and/or an MBA/M.S. in Accounting, Finance, or related analytical field.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Professional certifications such as Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP), Certified Insolvency & Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or progress toward such credentials is preferred.
- Deep understanding of Chapter 11 proceedings and experience with financial modeling, including 13‑week cash‑flow forecasts and structured financial statements.
- Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills; able to thrive in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments.

- Willingness to travel up to 100% of the time.
Salary range: $160,000–$175,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus tied to performance.
