The Structured Finance group specializes in securitization across asset classes such as ABS, CMBS, RMBS, and CLO. This role offers a fast‑paced transaction environment, diverse client engagement, and leadership opportunities in business development and global priority accounts.

• Work with and interact with front‑office investment banking clients on a daily basis
• Perform loan document review and data reviews on loan files, recalculating fields on data tapes and running exception reports to reconcile with clients
• Create collateral stratification tables used for assessing loan pool characteristics
• Perform cash flow modeling on deals to tie out to clients’ loan amortization tables and bond analytics
• Review offering documents to verify information is accurate, complete, and conforms with industry and market standards
• Draft and review AUP Reports

Strong leadership, teamwork, technical, and relationship‑building skills, coupled with a consistent commitment to delivering high‑quality work products.

• A bachelor’s degree with approximately 2 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree with approximately 1 year of related work experience. Preferred fields: finance, economics, accounting, engineering, or related discipline; MBA or MS preferred.
• Excellent prioritization skills and a commitment to meeting client deadlines
• Strong communication skills for report writing, client presentations, and client interactions
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Flexibility and willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours when necessary; valid driver’s license and passport required for travel

• Prior structured finance experience

• Comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Base salary range in the US is $94,300 to $173,000; $113,200 to $196,500 for New York City, Washington State, and California. Total rewards include medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off options.
• Hybrid work model: most external, client‑serving roles will work together in person 40–60% of the time over an engagement.
