We are partnering with an energy company located outside of the DFW metroplex in their search for a Corporate Controller. This is an in-office role that is not commutable from Dallas/Fort Worth or Houston. If you are living in either of these cities/metroplexes, relocation will be required, and the company will offer a relocation package.

The Corporate Controller reports to the CFO, who is super sharp and yet down to earth. The Corporate Controller role is ideal for a CPA with 10+ years of experience in broad oil & gas accounting experience who has successfully managed and mentored a team.

• CPA required.
• MBA / Master of Accountancy/other advanced degree is highly desirable but not required.
• 10+ years of experience in oil & gas accounting to include both financial & operational accounting.
• A combination of public accounting and oil & gas industry is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of success with managing & mentoring a team.
• Good tenure and upward career trajectory – no job hoppers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
