U.S. Summer Analyst ProgramEach year we invite high‑performing, rising college seniors to join our Global Investment Banking (GIB) platform. The program offers experience on live transactions and business development initiatives.
What will you do?- Develop and preserve complex financial models
- Create pitch books and other client materials
- Generate and maintain financial models and analysis
- Conduct research to analyze market trends
- Support live deals and major transactions
- Undergraduate student in their penultimate year at an accredited four‑year college or university
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Collaboration, relationship building, communication, integrity, and an inclusive mindset
- Well‑rounded interests and extra‑curricular activities beyond academics
Gain a strong foundation in financial modeling, transaction execution, negotiation, and industry knowledge. You will learn about RBC’s products and services, receive mentorship from a full‑time analyst, and network through social events.
CompensationGood faith expected salary: $110,000.
