Sr Analyst, Tax

• Assist with research of tax issues, tax positions, and tax developments on various tax matters and makes recommendations based upon research.
• Maintains tax systems, tax files, and tax work-papers to comply with internal and external tax reporting guidelines independently.
• High working knowledge of tax compliance and process for tax reporting.
• Prepares tax provision work papers in accordance with ASC
  740 and prepares work papers to support tax returns.
• Identifies opportunities for tax savings and potential deductions.
• Collects, organizes, and analyzes financial data and assesses the impact of new tax laws.
• Collaborates with internal teams (e.g. accounting, finance) and external auditors.

• Experience:
  
  5+ years’ experience in tax at a Big Four preferred.
• Education:
  
  Minimum required:
  Bachelor's Degree In Accounting or Finance. CPA required.
• Preferred:
  Master’s Degree In Accounting or Finance, a plus.
