FP&A Analyst

• Support the development, maintenance, and monitoring of financial performance for Key Growth Initiatives and Product Management functions
• Work independently as a day-to-day finance business partner including functional forecasting, budgeting and ad hoc analysis as required
• Support month-end close process, work with FP&A on annual operating plan development and 5-year strategic planning cycle with focus on Key Growth Initiatives
• Complete and be accountable for customer net profitability analysis and reporting
• Assess impact of global customer loyalty programs, periodic forecasts, and monthly accruals
• Review and approve monthly rep commission calculations

• A BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Operational Finance or Corporate Finance
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint required
• SAP and One Stream working knowledge preferred
• Knowledge of US GAAP required
• Strong executive presence and the ability to interface successfully with senior leaders
