The ideal candidate will be a confident leader with a strong understanding of general ledger accounting, a passion for improving processes and the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-growing environment that is implementing a new ERP system. Great communication skills and the ability to establish and drive processes is also key.

• Lead 6–8 GL accountants through monthly close with accurate, timely reporting.
• Optimize close processes, oversight, and team development.
• Partner with field teams to ensure accurate financial results.
• Leverage Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) for analysis and entries.
• Oversee ERP implementation (go-live 1H 2026).
• Align workflows with operations, billing, and AP.
• Mentor team to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or candidate preferred.
• Proven ability to manage close processes efficiently.
• Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables) for analysis and entries.
• ERP system experience required.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, and process-improvement focused.
• Public accounting or audit background preferred.
