OverviewA growing wealth management platform is seeking a Wealth Advisory Associate, Senior Associate, or Lead Associate to support and, at senior levels, own client relationships and financial planning initiatives. This role partners closely with Financial Advisors to deliver comprehensive, high-touch financial solutions while ensuring operational excellence, accuracy, and compliance.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-facing, and capable of synthesizing complex financial information into clear, actionable strategies. Senior and Lead-level professionals will take increasing responsibility for client relationships, financial strategy, and business development.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management
- Support and manage client relationships by gathering, organizing, and maintaining financial data
- Participate in client meetings to discuss goals, risk tolerance, and financial objectives
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for client inquiries and ongoing communication
- Analyze client assets, liabilities, cash flow, tax considerations, and insurance coverage
- Assist in the development and presentation of comprehensive financial plans
- Prepare financial reports, projections, and presentation materials
- Assist with portfolio analysis, implementation, and rebalancing
- Monitor account performance and support adjustments based on market conditions or life events
- Coordinate execution of investment-related tasks with internal and external partners
- Work closely with advisors, operations, and compliance teams
- Coordinate with external professionals including CPAs, tax advisors, and estate attorneys
- Ensure seamless meeting preparation, follow-up, and documentation
- Adhere to fiduciary standards and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with firm and regulatory policies
- Support or lead efforts to grow client relationships through referrals and networking
- Contribute to firm growth through client acquisition and retention strategies
- Experience in wealth management, financial advisory, or financial planning
- Strong understanding of financial planning concepts, investments, and client service
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
