The Tax Manager/Senior Manager is responsible for all phases of client engagements, including primary client relationship maintenance, proactive tax compliance management, tax advisory services, and developing/coaching professional staff. The role requires delivering exceptional client service, building strong relationships, contributing to practice development, managing firm risk, reviewing complex tax returns, and providing value‑added planning ideas.

• High net worth individuals, personal tax returns, trust returns, and gift & estate planning
• Privately held businesses (partnerships, S‑Corporations, and/or C‑Corporations)
• Private equity‑backed portfolio companies

• Minimum 5 years of relevant tax experience including consulting, research, and implementation of planning strategies.
• Minimum 2 years supervising multiple direct reports and reviewing their work.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting.
• Active CPA license.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time‑management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
