First Community Credit Union – Houston, TX is currently seeking a Float Personal Banker to travel to area branch locations in Northwest and Southwest Houston to assist members with various financial transactions in a personable, professional manner. The role includes working with existing members and soliciting new members to utilize credit union products and services. Candidates must have a minimum of one to three years of retail/financial institution experience with proven goal/ quota attainment.

This position manages multiple appointments in a busy environment and performs daily administrative tasks. A flexible schedule with rotational Saturdays is required, and mileage reimbursement is provided due to travel requirements.

• Assist members with financial transactions at branches.
• Solicit new members to use credit union products and services.

• 1–3 years of retail and/or financial institution experience with consistent goal/ quota attainment.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to multiple branch locations.
• Available for a flexible schedule and rotational Saturdays.
