The primary purpose of this position is to collect delinquent real and business property tax accounts in a professional, efficient, and compliant manner. This role exists to ensure the timely recovery of outstanding revenue, which directly supports the company’s financial stability and contributes to meeting organizational collection goals.
By effectively locating, contacting, and negotiating with taxpayers, the Collections Specialist helps maintain strong client relationships, reduces financial risk, and ensures compliance with applicable laws and internal policies.
