Key Responsibilities
• Lead finance and accounting functions, ensuring accuracy in reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Drive cash flow forecasting to ensure liquidity and support strategic growth initiatives.
• Support potential M&A, growth investments, and other value‑creation initiatives.
• Lead and streamline month‑end and year‑end close, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Own financial statements and audit readiness.
• Improve branch‑level reporting (P&L by region/branch; enhance balance‑sheet visibility).
• Manage lender reporting and strengthen banking relationships.
• Partner with leadership on acquisition integration.
• Develop scalable financial processes and internal controls as the platform grows.
