- Supervise two Senior Accountants
- Oversee month-end close, accruals, and reconciliations (OPEX, insurance, taxes)
- Conduct variance analyses and financial reviews for accuracy and compliance
- Manage accounting for real estate dispositions; support closing statement prep with Investments, Finance & Legal
- Partner with Finance on budgets/reforecasts, providing data, trends, and insights
- Build and enhance processes using analytics and automation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA required
- At least one year of supervisory experience
- Process improvements
