A premier financial institution is seeking a Lead BSA Analyst to join their Anti-Money Laundering Group in Houston, Texas. The position requires 5-7 years of BSA/AML experience in the financial services industry, along with expertise in conducting financial crime investigations. Responsibilities include analyzing high-risk accounts and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Applicants must possess strong analytical skills and effective communication abilities, and familiarity with Mandarin/Chinese is preferred.
