As a Private Client Services Representative with the cryptocurrency specialization, you will be the face of Level Field Bank, guiding high‑value commercial and individual clients through their banking journey. You will represent our mission to integrate digital assets into mainstream banking, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting, positive impression.

Your role will have two broad overlapping responsibilities:

1.
Educating and supporting PCS customers as they interact with Level Field Bank. Potentially from their first interaction with a Level Field employee through to becoming a trust contact, PCS team members are available to customers to ensure the interactions are always positive and that the customers understand the menu of products and services available to them.

2.
Proactively introduce customers to Level Field Bank through interaction with the cryptocurrency community.

As a PCS Cryptocurrency specialist, you will need to have a solid understanding of all of the bank products and services, and more importantly, be an expert in the bank products and services designed for those interested in cryptocurrencies and digital assets. Your role will be to work with customers of all experience levels and to assist them in understanding and navigating their banking experience.

This is a fully on‑site position in Houston, TX. The role depends on close collaboration with business and technology partners, which is best achieved through in‑person engagement. We are seeking to build a cohesive and industry‑leading team, and working together we can make big things happen. Since we have discovered reading comprehension is a skill not everyone has mastered, to be clear there is NO OPPORTUNITY WHATSOEVER FOR REMOTE OR HYBRID arrangements for this role.
