Controller – Manufacturing

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr

• Own financial strategy, modeling, forecasting, and KPI development
• Advise executive leadership on performance, risk, and capital strategy
• Support capital raising across debt, equity, and credit facilities
• Build and lead the accounting function (GL, AP/AR, payroll, close, audit)
• Deliver GAAP financials, management reporting, and board packages
• Establish internal controls, policies, and compliance frameworks
• Lead cost accounting, inventory, margin analysis, and variance reporting
• Partner with operations to drive cost efficiency and profitability
• Build scalable financial processes, dashboards, and reporting
• Lead ERP implementation and ensure cross‑functional system integration
• Manage cash flow, working capital, liquidity, and banking relationships
• Oversee payments, collections, and treasury controls
• Provide hands‑on, cross‑functional leadership in a growth environment

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred)
• 15+ years of senior finance leadership; manufacturing/distribution required
• Strong cost accounting, ERP implementation, GAAP, modeling, and M&A exposure
