Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Key Responsibilities- Work on live deals from origination through execution and portfolio management
- Partner closely with VPs on underwriting, diligence, and structuring
- Gain exposure to both equity and credit investments
- Contribute to investment memos, modeling, and deal negotiations
- Help manage and monitor portfolio companies post-close
- 1.5-3 years of experience in investment banking or private equity
- Strong financial modeling, writing, and communication skills
- Ties to Texas
- Experience across multiple sectors
- Open to PE-to-PE laterals and IB-to-PE transitions
