As Head of Trading, you will own the entire trading function globally — strategy, P&L, risk, portfolio construction, team building, and market positioning.

This is a founding executive role for elite‑level trading leaders only — individuals who have built desks, scaled portfolios, managed complex risk, and consistently delivered material P&L in physical and derivative energy markets.

No fixed monthly salary until commercial activity begins. Compensation is structured around significant equity participation and long‑term performance incentives, directly linked to trading results and platform growth.

• Build and lead the company’s global trading organization across physical and derivatives markets.
• Define and execute portfolio strategy for crude, LNG, refined products, and structured products.
• Own full P&L responsibility, risk frameworks, limits, and capital deployment strategy.
• Establish market presence with key counter parties, producers, refiners, storage operators, and financial institutions.
• Design and implement advanced trading models, hedging strategies, and risk management infrastructure.
• Work closely with operations, logistics, finance, and executive leadership to ensure seamless execution from trade to delivery.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale a top‑tier global trading team.
• Represent the trading function at board and strategic partner level.

• Senior leadership experience as Head of Trading, Trading Director, or equivalent within major energy trading houses or integrated energy companies.
• Demonstrated expertise across crude, LNG, refined products, and derivatives.
• Proven track record of building profitable trading books and managing large‑scale P&L.
• Deep understanding of physical markets, shipping, storage economics, and cross‑regional arbitrage.
• Exceptional commercial judgment, risk discipline, and leadership presence.
• Fluent in English (additional languages an advantage).
