This position is located in Downtown Houston with a hybrid work schedule working for a mid-sized oil & gas firm.
The Sr. Lease Analyst will be responsible for analysis, setup, maintenance and reporting on lease, contract and agreements for an assigned area. This position requires the ability to independently analyze documents and data as well as provide work oversight and mentoring to Lease Analysts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
5+ years of Lease Analyst experience
Quorum software experience strongly preferred
Prior experience working at a mineral/royalty company preferred
Self motivated with the ability to work independently
Positive, team-player attitude that is dependable and committed to the objectives given
Strong analytical skills including problem-solving, and the ability to quickly manage a "high volume" of leases and contracts.
