Senior Manager, Investments & Asset Management, Friedkin Group, Houston

The Friedkin Group family office in Houston is hiring a Senior Manager of Investments & Asset Management reporting to the Head of Family Office. The seat covers co-invest and direct evaluation, external manager monitoring across PE/VC and other asset classes, portfolio reporting, and asset-management support across TFG businesses. Looks for 8–10+ years' related experience; CFA preferred.

Under the Head of Family Office, support wealth creation for The Friedkin Group and optimize asset allocation across TFG businesses and affiliates. A broad-based generalist investment role spanning co-invests/directs, external managers, FP&A-style reporting, and asset management.

• Evaluate co-investment and direct opportunities (business, financial, structural review); build LBO/DCF and returns models; support diligence and IC memos
• Screen and monitor fund managers across strategies; track capital calls/distributions and performance
• Maintain portfolio tracking (IRR, TVPI, DPI, RVPI); support periodic reporting and liquidity planning
• Lead performance review of assets owned/operated by TFG and affiliates; KPIs, budgets, scenario analysis; partner with tax, accounting, and legal

• Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
• Master's / MBA and/or similar credentials highly desirable; CFA preferred
• 8 to 10+ years related experience
• Advanced Excel and Power Point
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship; ~20% travel
