VP​/Director of Finance

Director of Finance & Administration Houston, TX | Flexible Hybrid Schedule International consulting firm headquartered in Houston is seeking a Director of Finance & Administration to oversee the company’s finance and administrative functions. Reporting to the CEO and COO/Board, this role leads Finance & Accounting, HR, IT, Tax, Legal, Risk Management, Insurance, and Facilities.

Key Responsibilities Lead the Finance & Administration team, including accounting staff and IT.Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, AR/AP, invoicing, and expense approvals.

Manage year-end reporting and tax processes, coordinating with external tax advisors.

Partner with executive leadership on financial, administrative, and risk-related decisions.

Oversee contracts, corporate filings, employment documentation, insurance, and benefits.

Manage IT strategy, systems, hardware, and software.

Evaluate business issues and recommend solutions to senior leadership.:
