I’m working with a leading private credit platform that is looking to add an Associate to its investment team in Houston
.
This is a great opportunity for a strong Leveraged Finance or Credit Banking professional looking to make the move to the buy side and gain meaningful exposure to underwriting, transaction execution, and portfolio management across middle-market corporate credit.
Requirements:- 2–4 years of experience in Leveraged Finance, Credit Banking, or a related investment banking group
- Strong financial modeling and credit analysis skills
- Experience evaluating leveraged / middle-market companies
- Solid understanding of capital structures, debt instruments, and credit fundamentals
- Strong academic background and attention to detail
- Someone looking to transition from banking into private credit investing
This is an opportunity to join an established private credit platform and make a direct transition from Lev Fin or credit banking into a true investing role
