We’re partnering with a publicly traded, global manufacturing organization on a confidential search for its next Chief Financial Officer
.
This is a highly visible executive leadership opportunity for a finance leader who can operate at the intersection of strategy, operations, capital markets, and financial transformation
.
The CFO will partner closely with the CEO, Board, and executive leadership team while overseeing the company’s broader finance organization and helping shape its next stage of growth.
Key Areas of Leadership- Corporate finance, accounting, FP&A, treasury, tax, and financial reporting
- SEC reporting, public-company governance, and internal controls
- Capital allocation, liquidity, and balance sheet strategy
- Strategic planning and long-range financial forecasting
- Board and investor-facing financial communication
- Operational and manufacturing finance
- Development and leadership of a high-performing global finance organization
- Continued improvement of financial processes, systems, and controls
We’re interested in senior finance executives with significant leadership experience in a publicly traded organization
, ideally within manufacturing, industrial, technology, energy, or another complex global business.
Prior CFO experience is valuable, although accomplished divisional CFOs and senior finance executives with the breadth to step into an enterprise CFO mandate will also be considered.
