Wealth Planning Strategist

This is an onsite opportunity focused on supporting affluent, high-net-worth, and ultra-high-net-worth clients with complex wealth planning needs.

• Advise UHNW clients on estate planning, wealth transfer, tax mitigation, charitable giving, life insurance, asset protection, and business succession
• Partner with Wealth Advisors, Private Bankers, and Commercial Bankers to identify and support high-value clients and prospects
• Participate in prospect meetings and identify advanced planning opportunities
• Develop and implement customized wealth planning strategies
• Present on estate, tax, and wealth planning topics to clients and prospects
• Build relationships with Centers of Influence, including estate planning attorneys, CPAs, and appraisers
• Collaborate with internal Wealth Planners and other specialists to deliver comprehensive solutions

• 10+ years of financial, tax, or estate planning experience supporting HNW/UHNW clients
• Strong knowledge of federal Gift, Estate, and GST tax planning
• Experience with advanced wealth transfer strategies such as IDGTs and SLATs
• Experience advising business owners on exit and succession planning
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and client-facing skills
• Ability to navigate complex financial and family dynamics

Expected compensation is between $160K and $220K depending on experience and educational background!
