Only 50 organizations are awarded this prestigious corporate culture award each year.  # The Opportunity  Fengate is looking for an experienced Responsible Investment professional to lead the development, implementation and continuous evolution of Fengate’s responsible investment framework.

Working across investment teams and corporate functions, the role integrates responsible investment considerations into investment processes, governance, stakeholder engagement, reporting and value creation initiatives while helping the firm respond to evolving investor, regulatory and market expectations.

Reporting to a member of Fengate’s Executive Leadership Team, this position will play a strategic role in executing Fengate’s strategy, with a particular focus on sustainability and responsible labor (working closely with the Head of Government and Labor Relations), The preferred office location is Houston, Miami or Toronto.  #

Key Responsibilities  ## Responsible Investment Strategy and Governance  
* Lead the continued development and implementation of Fengate’s responsible investment strategy in partnership with business lines and support functions.
* Monitor market developments, investor expectations and evolving responsible investment practices, and recommend changes to strategy, priorities and implementation plans.
* Lead Fengate’s social impact strategy that connects employee equity and inclusion initiatives with broader community engagement and social procurement programming.  ## Responsible Investment Integration
