Deposit Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Deposit Growth Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This remote consulting role is focused on helping financial institutions uncover deposit growth opportunities and improve performance across consumer, business, and commercial deposit products. You will lead client engagements from discovery through delivery, partnering closely with banking leaders to translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies. The work will require strong executive presence, analytical rigor, and the ability to influence decisions that drive measurable revenue outcomes.

Remote

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

• Lead deposit growth consulting engagements from discovery to delivery, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with banking leaders across various sectors.
• Assess deposit portfolios and market opportunities to identify growth potential.
• Analyze financial and competitive data to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Develop executive-ready presentations and tailored action plans for clients.
• Present findings to client leadership and guide decision-making discussions.
• Support business development through proposals and client presentations.

• 5+ years of experience with consumer, business, and/or commercial deposit products and services.
• 5+ years in banking or financial services, with a strong preference for banking experience.
• Proven ability to analyze financial and operational data and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Experience leading client-facing projects and consulting engagements from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with C-level executives and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management and problem-solving in complex situations.
• Experience mentoring or training less experienced team members.
