Plains is seeking an HSE Air Permit Compliance Specialist to ensure air permit compliance across facilities in the U.S. The role partners with Operations and consultants to meet federal, state, and local requirements and to maintain records and prepare required reports.
The candidate will support emissions calculations, risk-based decision making, and training material development, with a focus on Title V, NSR, and related permit actions. Strong Excel skills and field travel are needed.
