• Maintain an active Esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide top‑level service to members and guests.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on each client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands‑on training, workshops, and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals set by spa management.
• Create an excellent experience for members and guests with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through member referrals and memberships.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Compensation: $20.00 - $100.00 per hour.
