Evolution Sports Group is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Online Skincare Advisor / Virtual Esthetic Assistant to join our growing team. • Conduct virtual consultations with clients to understand their skincare concerns and goals
• Recommend appropriate products and treatments based on clients' needs and preferences
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and techniques
• Provide ongoing support and follow-up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns
• Collaborate with our team of estheticians and skincare experts to stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
• Assist with developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our skincare services and products
• Stay updated on industry regulations and guidelines to ensure compliance

• Esthetician or skincare certification
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skincare or esthetician role
• Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to conduct virtual consultations and provide recommendations remotely
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools
• Passion for skincare and helping others achieve their skincare goals

• Competitive Pay Rate: $40–$60/hr based on experience and performance
• Paid Training: $40/hr for 1-week onboarding training
• Training Completion Bonus: $700 instant incentive after setup and training
• Flexible Scheduling:
  Choose Full-time (30–40 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week)
• Options for morning, afternoon, or evening schedules
