Harmony at Home Senior Care, LLC is a licensed provider of personal assistance services dedicated to delivering exceptional in-home care. We are seeking a dependable and experienced Alternate Administrator to support our leadership team and ensure quality operations and client services in accordance with licensing standards.
Position Overview:The Alternate Administrator plays a vital leadership role by supporting the Administrator in all aspects of agency operations and assuming full responsibilities in their absence. This includes ensuring compliance with licensing regulations, client care coordination, marketing, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with daily operations and maintain confidentiality of client and personnel records
- Represent the agency in licensing matters, complaints, and incident reports when the Administrator is unavailable
- Ensure compliance with Personal Assistance Services (PAS) licensing standards
- Act as Alternate Disaster Coordinator
- Conduct initial and 90-day client assessments and help develop service agreements
- Ensure timely documentation in customer management software
- Support and coach personnel to maintain high standards of care
- Assist in investigations and incident resolution
- Collaborate on client referrals and agency transitions
- Lead or support marketing initiatives and community outreach
- Maintain relationships with current referral sources and establish new ones
- Participate in community involvement to promote agency visibility
- Share after-hours on-call responsibilities with the administrative team
- Support the Administrator in all necessary functions and projects
- Must meet Administrator/Alternate Administrator qualifications per Section 244.00
- Experience in home care, healthcare administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with licensing requirements for Personal Assistance Services
- Comfortable with technology and client management software
- Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and client-centered care
