Radiation Therapist

Pay: $87,500.00 - $ per year

• Deliver accurate radiation doses under the supervision of a radiation oncologist.
• Operate and maintain linear accelerators and related imaging systems.
• Perform daily QA checks and ensure calibration consistency.
• Explain treatment plans and simulations clearly to patients.
• Conduct weekly chart checks and maintain accurate documentation in ARIA.
• Ensure patient safety through proper imaging protocols and radiation precautions.
• Assist with troubleshooting of 4D and OBI software as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area.

• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited Radiation Therapy program.
• ARRT certification (or eligibility) in Radiation Therapy.
• Texas MRT license (or eligibility to obtain).
• CPR certification required.
• Experience with Varian 21ix, Smart Arc, OBI (IGRT/CBCT), or True Beam systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient movement.
