We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed mental health therapist to join our practice as an independent contractor (1099-NEC). This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work with a diverse client population in a well-established private practice setting.

• Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
• Conduct intake assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress.
• Deliver therapy sessions in both English and Spanish, adapting to client needs.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with Texas state regulations and practice policies.
• Collaborate with fellow clinicians and staff in a professional, team-oriented environment.
• Uphold ethical and professional standards of care.

• Active Texas license required
  :
  PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Master’s in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
• Strong clinical skills in individual, family, and/or group therapy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Outpatient private practice experience.
• Comfort working with multicultural and diverse populations.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.
