Massage Therapist – Life Time Inc.

We are hiring a skilled Massage Therapist to enhance the guest experience at Life Time’s Life Spa and Salon.

The Massage Therapist provides professional massage services that complement our fitness programs, promote overall well‑being, and support our mission, vision, and core values. The role builds relationships with club departments, educates guests on massage benefits, customizes sessions to individual needs, and schedules recurring treatments.

• Greets members in a friendly, professional manner
• Delivers individualized massage therapy that meets client needs and expectations
• Develops and maintains personalized client relationships
• Educates clients on Life Spa and Salon products, services, and treatments
• Maintains a clean and professional Life Spa and Salon appearance
• Acts as an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance regimens
• Promotes and sells massage therapy services, encouraging repeat business
• Stays current on certifications and industry trends

• High School Diploma or GED
• Massage Therapy License
• Proficiency in all massage therapy services and treatments
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, and proportions
• Basic PC operating knowledge
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, reach, lift, and move up to 50 pounds

• Minimum 2 years of professional massage experience
• Knowledge of body treatments
• Experience with Salon Business
