We are hiring an Optometric Technician to assist our doctors in providing advanced eye care services. From pre-testing to patient education, this role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and comfort for every patient.

• Verify appointments and assist in preparing patients for their visits
• Schedule follow-up and pre-appointments as directed by the doctor
• Help maintain recall lists to ensure continuity of patient care
• Perform diagnostic testing (OCT, Optomap, Visual Fields, Topography, etc.)
• Record medical histories and assist with contact lens training
• Educate patients on optical solutions, dry eye treatments, and specialty services
• Support doctors during exams and procedures
• Cross-train in other roles to support team needs

• Experience as an optometric technician preferred (will train motivated candidates)
• Comfortable with technology and medical equipment
• Strong relationship-building skills with patients and co-workers
• Compassionate, with a focus on continuity of care in patient interactions
• Patient-focused, detail-oriented, and adaptable
• Team player with a “whatever it takes” attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
