• 6–8 hour shifts
• Full-time position
• Required 1 weekend shift
• Days and evening shifts available

• Customize massage services for each guest
• Perform service enhancements using hot stones, cupping, CBD, and aromatherapy
• Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy
• Train and mentor massage therapists on protocols and service enhancements
• Lead the massage and skincare team toward the achievement of retreat goals
• Build relationships with guests to help them meet their self‑care goals
• Support onboarding new massage therapists in the retreat
• Set the standard for high‑quality therapy and guest service through ongoing training and support of massage and skincare therapists
• Uphold all Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols through training and professional behavior
• Communication liaison between back‑of‑house staff and management

• Current state license to perform massage therapy
• Experience as a massage therapist 3 years or longer
• Active liability insurance for massage therapy is required
• Pass background checks
• Capable of effectively performing full‑body 50‑minute massage services
• Capable of training and mentoring individuals
• Excellent at guest communication
• Proven leadership skills
