Restorative Assistant/CNA (Weekends) - HMG Healthcare
Join HMG Healthcare as a Restorative Assistant/CNA (Weekends) in Houston, TX. This role provides residents with routine restorative nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment, care plan, and as directed by supervisors.
Responsibilities- Ensures resident’s needs are met while maintaining the highest degree of dignity.
- Documents care on Rehabilitation/Restorative flow sheet.
- Notifies restorative nurse coordinator or appropriate therapy department of any problems, referrals or reassessments needed.
- Reports significant change in resident’s condition or motivational level to the charge nurse.
- Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing in Texas.
- Completion of a restorative nurse aide training program preferred.
- 6 months of experience in long-term care as a restorative aide preferred.
- CNA License.
