Under the supervision of the Radiology Director, the Radiology Technologist is responsible for the provision of Imaging Services to include the specialty areas of routine diagnostic X-rays, portable X-rays, and fluoroscopy.
What you will do in this role- Responsible for maintaining on-going Quality Control (QC) processes in radiology department.
- Ensures patient safety by providing adequate radiation protection following the standard of care of the Texas Department of Radiation Control.
- Recognizes the purpose of employment is to prioritize the patient as number one.
- Fulfills the duty and responsibility to maintain competence and to continue personal and professional growth.
- Identifies and assists with opportunities for performance improvement activities on the unit and with other service areas.

- Graduate of an accredited or registered School of Radiology required.
- (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer - Current Certification with the Texas Medical Board (MRT).
- (ARRT-R) Radiography - Current registration with A.R.R.T. (American Registry of Radiologic Technologist).
