• Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems
• Educate and train physicians and hospital personnel on technical matters related to cardiac mapping products and procedures
• Promote the safe and effective use of the employer's cardiac mapping solutions
• Develop and cultivate customer relationships to drive incremental business and achieve sales goals
• Collaborate with the sales team to conduct customer training and identify potential sales opportunities

• High school diploma plus a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
• Associate degree plus a minimum of 4 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation, or
• Bachelor’s degree plus a minimum of 2 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
• Ability to freely move throughout the facility and operate necessary equipment

• Bachelor's degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or a technical discipline with a minimum of 4 years of work experience in the cardiac field
• Proven track record with technical training assignments
• Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support
• Ability to travel more than 25% of the time
